Last week I was talking to someone who has problems with his joints.
His doctor has prescribed something which makes him sick - so they reduce the dose - then the pain starts again - so they increase the dose.
I suggested he try Cod Liver Oil or fish oil (he lives in France where Cod Liver Oil is not freely available).
I'll let you know how he gets on.
