The article mentioned 13 old remedies, including the use of Cod Liver Oil.
In the article Cod liver Oil was rated as 9/10 for effectiveness in joint pain reduction.
Lynn Love of the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society was quoted as saying "Of all the natural remedies tried for rheumatoid arthritis Cod Liver Oil has the best evidence base. However it won't help in severe cases."
